Family Services

In order to provide maximum benefit to our clients Bay Area Rehabilitation Center (the Center) has has entered into a collaboration with Family Services of Greater Houston (Family Services).  This collaboration allows for the availability of counseling services for our clients with disabilities and their families.  

 

Family Services of Greater Houston's mission is to strengthen individuals, families and communities through the provision of preventive, supportive and therapeutic services.  

 

Individual and family counseling services help clients develop coping skills to solve a variety of problems including:

 

·         Parent / child conflict

·         Marital conflict and divorce issues

·         School-related difficulties

·         Single parenting issues

·         Substance abuse

·         Work-home issues
