Association of Retarded Citizens (ARC) of Greater Houston www.thearcofgreaterhouston.com                                                                                          The ARC is a national, non-profit organization formed in 1950 to lobby for the inclusion of people with mental retardation and other developmental disabilities in all aspects of society.  It provides referrals and runs several caretaker support groups including a Hispanic support group in Spanish and a sibling support group.
