Worker's Rehabilitation

Worker Rehabilitation, one of the services provided through our Outpatient Therapy Program, offers a continuum of care which spans from acute care to work injury management Designed to assist injured employees back to work and provide services for employers for injury prevention and reduction.

​It is your right to decide where you receive your outpatient therapy services. Let your physician know you plan to receive services at Bay Area Rehabilitation Center.

All outpatient therapy services require a prescription from a physician. For intake procedures and to learn if your insurance plan is accepted by Bay Area Rehabilitation Center, clients should call the Center at (281) 838-4477 or email the Center at [email protected].   ​

The Center's Professional Therapy Staff is Qualified to Treat:

  • Acute Injury Management
  • Functional Capacity Evaluations
  • Injury Prevention Education
  • Job Site Analysis
  • Pre-placement Screenings
  • Return to Work Programs ​

Program Specifics:

  • The team uses a multidisciplinary approach and works together to restore function to the greatest extent possible for each client 
  • The program is designed to evaluate the worker, the work and the workplace and provide solutions for reducing escalating expenses and medical costs associated with workplace injuries  
  • Services are available both in the clinic and at the work-site
  • Clients should call for currently accepted insurance plans

Even if your physician wants to use his or her own form, insist that you be referred to Bay Area Rehabilitation Center where we have been making disabilities become possibilities for children and adults since 1948!
