That information is kept in a separate database and is not shared with any outside agency, except if necessary to coordinate for your care—as described in the privacy rules you received upon admission.

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
Our Commitment to Children's Privacy:
Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we do not maintain information on our website from those we actually know are under 13 years of age, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13 years of age. In order to better inform the public of the type of services we provide, we do include photographs of individuals of all ages, including children, that show various types of therapy and services that may be received at our facility. Prior to publishing those photos, however, we obtain a photographic release from the individual or, in the case of children, the legal guardian. Releases are maintained at our facility, and individuals in the photographs may request a photo be removed from the website by contacting us directly through email, phone, or written request.
How You Can Access or Correct Your Information:
In the event you believe we are maintaining incorrect personal information, you may contact us via the email link and advise us of the problem. Upon receipt of the information we will research and correct any factual errors and remove any personal information as requested.
